• Incorrect size
• Fit issues
• Colour differences due to lighting or screen variations
• Pre-loved / second-hand condition

📌 Item Condition

All items are second-hand / pre-loved unless stated otherwise.

We do our best to photograph and describe each item accurately, including any noticeable flaws.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that the item may show normal signs of wear.

 

📌 Faulty Items

 

If an item arrives with major damage not shown or described, please contact us within 24 hours with photos.

We may review this on a case-by-case basis.

 

📌 Order Cancellations

 

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
