  • All items listed are second-hand / pre-loved unless stated otherwise.
  • We aim to describe and photograph all items accurately.
  • Colours may vary slightly due to lighting or screen differences.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to check item descriptions, photos, and sizing before purchasing.
  • if sizing is wrong or any stains/wear appears on item we are not responsible but we do make it our mission to give as many facts about the clothing and price according the quality of item 

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

5. Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Orders are processed within the stated processing time unless delays occur.
  • We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the courier.
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged packages are the responsibility of the courier. You can contact them directly for claims.

6. No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of resale items, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or pre-loved condition.

This includes incorrect fit or minor wear consistent with second-hand items.

If an item arrives with major undisclosed damage, contact us within 24 hours with photos for review.

7. Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel or modify it.

8. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide updated, accurate billing and shipping information so your order can be processed properly.

9. Prohibited Uses
