Once your order has been dispatched, we have no control over delivery delays.

  • Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
  • Any issues must be raised directly with the courier (e.g., Australia Post).
  • We do not offer refunds for parcels delayed or lost during transit.

6. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checking out.
  • We are not responsible for parcels delivered to the wrong address entered by the customer.
